Ruffle Bustle -- Patchwork Black, Red, and Pewter, Size S (18" across waistband)
This frilly little overskirt features 3 layers of pleated patchwork tiers of fabric, all edged in serged thread trim. All fabrics used are durable upholstery weight fabrics. They are hand pleated onto a 1" wide waistband made from polypropylene belting. The waistband closes with a set of D-rings just like a belt, so it's pretty adjustable. It is approximately 15" long.

Belt will close on any waist/upper hip measurement up to 58". The belt itself is about 62" long.
Sizing on these does not work like modern clothing sizes. The size has nothing to do with who it will fit, but instead refers to how much coverage the ruffles will provide. This bustle is a size Small, which has 18" of ruffles across the waistband. Other sizes may be available separately in the shop. It is shown on a 28" waist dress form, for reference.
