Ruffle Shrug, Double Layer - Sunset Colorway - Plum/Gold/Fire Orange/Rusty Red
Ruffle shrugs make an excellent jacket alternative on warm faire days, when you want the look of a jacket without the extra weight. They are constructed from wide strips of fabric pleated onto a polypro belting band that closes in the back with a pair of D rings, making them quite adjustable.
This 2 layer version features a pleated base layer of plum and gold damask fabric topped with a ruffled layer of iridescent fire orange taffeta, all edged in burgundy thread. The belting used is rusty red, and it closes with antique brass D rings. These are one size fits most, with a belt that measures 67" long. The ruffles cover 28-30" and are 7" wide.
To check sizing, measure around your neck and back where it would sit when worn. The ruffle coverage measurement should give you a good idea of where the ruffles will fit on you.
