Ruffle Bustle with Bias Trimmed Edges -- Pinks & Wine, Size S (18" across waistband)
This frilly little overskirt features 3 layers of pleated solid panels of fabric, all edged in teal taffeta bias trim. All fabrics used are durable upholstery weight fabrics. They are hand pleated onto a 1" wide waistband made from polypropylene belting. The waistband closes with a set of D-rings just like a belt, so it's pretty adjustable. It is approximately 15" long.
This particular bustle is made in shades of berry, wine, and coral pink with accents in cream and light brown. It is edged with wine bias and hand pleated onto a brown polypro waistband. It closes with brass D rings.
Sizing on these does not work like modern clothing sizes. The size has nothing to do with who it will fit, but instead refers to how much coverage the ruffles will provide. This bustle is a size Small, which has 18" of ruffles across the waistband. Other sizes may be available separately in the shop.
