Estelle Skirt -- Iridescent Turquoise Taffeta with Brown Crinkle Taffeta Ruffles, Size S/M

My Estelle Skirt was named after one of the first people in my life who encouraged me to be creative, my great grandmother. One of the more complex designs I make, the style is a bit fancier than most, but still has an edgy, risqué quality to it. Try wearing this one alone over tights and bloomers with tall boots for a fun, flirty look! This one can be tiered over a Regular Cecilia Skirt or Jane Skirt, or layered atop a semi-wrapped Changeling Skirt, which may be my absolute favorite skirt set at the moment. Top this one off with a Ruffle Bustle, which is patterned to tier perfectly just above the top ruffle!
Drawstring waistband, which is tacked down firmly across the front. The idea is to allow it to gather and fluff only in the back, while keeping the front perfectly flat and beautifully swagged. Machine or hand wash, hang to dry.
