Petunia Skirts are a lovely blend of my Changeling and Pinwheel Skirt Patterns, which creates a lovely high-low ruffled petal skirt look. They feature a split front and a wide drawstring waistband pulled up on a 1" wide grosgrain ribbon, which is firmly tacked down in back. They can be worn closed for a small split front look at the front, or opened up to the sides for a fun batwing-style bustle look in the back!
