Bustle Belt -- Fuchsia, Ivory, Acid Green, & Gold, Size XS/S (17" across waistband)

As a note on sizing, the size designations XS, S, M, & L denote the size of the actual ruffle coverage, not the size range the waistband will fit. ***This bustle is a Sz. XS/S, which has 17" of ruffles at the waistband.***
This frilly little bum ruffle features 2 layers of pleated panels, all completely serged and secured to prevent fraying. The color scheme includes fuchsia, ivory, acid green, and gold. All fabrics used are durable upholstery weight fabrics. The ruffles are serged around the edges with fuchsia thread and hand pleated onto a 1" wide waistband made from olive belting/webbing. The waistband closes with a set of brass D-rings just like a belt, so it's pretty adjustable. These are incredibly versatile pieces. The closure is located at the side, and it can be worn draped over one hip or at the back like a bustle. It also looks stunning worn through belt loops with pants, like a traditional belt with an added bonus!
Actual garment measures:
Total length at the center of the longest ruffle: 12.5"-13" including the waistband
Waist: The belt will close on any waist/upper hip measurement of 60" or smaller, just keep in mind that the larger the waist/upper hip, the less coverage you'll get from the ruffles
Ruffles cover 17" of the waistband, for reference.
