FAQ & Ordering Information
Do you take custom orders:
At this time, I do not. Everything you see here on the site is everything I have in stock. I do occasionally take requests for items you would like to see me make and list, but my schedule does not currently allow me to be reliable enough to stick to a custom order schedule.
How long does order processing take?
While I am working very hard behind the scenes to make shipments a bit more immediate, orders can take me anywhere from 1 day to 3 or so weeks to inspect, pack up, and ship out. Busy times of the year tend to make this more on the longer side as well. I'm a one woman shop, and do every single task myself, which does take time. We're also based in a very rural area where postal pickup of packages is not possible, so trips to our closest actual post office are necessary. I do not make these daily. If you're in a rush, please reach out ahead of time (Facebook messages are the fastest and most reliable way to reach me), just to make sure I'm able to accommodate your timeframe before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed though Square or via PayPal.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
I do, *but* we have a very severe (life threateningly severe) cat allergy in our home. As such, I request that any returns be sent back to me in the condition in which they arrive to you: clean and free from dander/fur. Anything arriving with visible fur on it will be immediately resealed and will not be refunded or exchanged. It will be returned to you at your expense. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, but I have accepted several returns in the past that have caused severe allergic reactions, and I'm not okay accepting that risk anymore.
